Our Board of Trustees

         Sylvester Ogbeifun Iduseri

                        Member of Board of Trustees, SID Foundation (Chairman)

 

Sylvester Ogbeifun Iduseri is a well-rounded professional with experience in Project Management, Product Development, Process Engineering, Corporate Strategy and Systems Optimization. He has successfully delivered complex projects like the Deep waters project worth over USD 3 billion as the Engineering Coordinator. He has passion for Helps Ministry. He is presently with TOTAL Nigeria as a Capacity Development Manager.

He graduated from the University of Benin with a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering and a Masters degree in Environmental Engineering at the University of Port Harcourt (1998). He did a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) Programme in Management at the University of Port Harcourt (2000/2001) and later obtained a certificate of learning in November 2010 after successfully completing a course in Project Management Professional at the London Education Centre, UK. He is a certified member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and a registered Professional Engineer with COREN and other professional bodies. He has consulted for CCTL, PPS UK and he has worked in various capacities for NNPC, SHELL & TOTAL for more than 15 years.

With a proven track-record as a persuasive facilitator, he was appointed back to back from 2008 to 2012 as the sole presenter of his employing company’s strategies, prospects & projects to stakeholders and policy makers during major international conferences like NAICE, NOG, OWA and OTC. He was appointed in the consortium by PENGASSAN to advice on some industrial matters e.g. PIB, Staff Welfare, Staff development and progression etc.

He chaired a variety of committees based on his extensive experience in Workforce Development. In Nov. 2008, he chaired his employing company’s first multicultural committee (with representatives from each race) on welfare for local and foreign nationals. In May 2012, he chaired his company’s Employee/Manning ratio committee. He also chaired Church Of God Mission Int’l’s (CGMI) Lagos Employment & Talent Committees. He holds strategic positions in other professional bodies like SPE. He is a Patron to some religious and organized outreach groups like Agape Force, Love Fellowship Medical outreach. He is active in his local church.

He was one of the founding members of the Christian Fellowship International (C.F.I.) in 1991 and he is fondly referred to as “our ancestor”. During his tenure as President of C.F.I. in 1994, he provided strategic counsel to the Exco which birthed CFI National Secretariat in 1996 preceded by the development of the all important document “A CASE FOR CFI” which was presented to the parent church, (CGMI).To emphasize his clear focus on Helps Ministry, he persuaded the renowned Archbishop Benson Idahosa to allow him function in this calling instead of working as a National Executive in the new CFI Secretariat.

Sylvester Ogbeifun Iduseri is an ordained Reverend with CGMi. He is happily married to Judith. They are blessed with three lovely children (Ehi, Uyi & Ella).

 

               Emmanuel Chidiebere Ubamadu

He is the Managing Director and principal artist at Black Passionate Art Gallery, a highly professional and standard art gallery in Benin City. He is the Administrative Officer of the CGMi GLOBAL bishopric and Senior Pastor of CGMi Church Plus. Emmanuel Ubamadu graduated from the University of Benin with a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine and Applied Arts. He also holds a Certificate in Project Management from CUPE (UK) under the Benson Idahosa University consultancy services department.

 

He is a very passionate individual with great interest in Leadership development and positive societal impact. He began his leadership career at the age of 15 and has since then been involved in various responsibilities both in church and secular environments.

While on campus as an undergraduate, he founded the local chapter of the Christian Fellowship International there at the Ekewan campus of the University of Benin, where he served as 1st Vice President for the fellowship for four (4) years before he graduated. He was drafted to do a missionary work in Askira Uba town, a community in Southern Borno State of Nigeria where he took responsibility for four (4) churches which he was able to grow, sustain and strengthen over the period of seven months while the assignment lasted. He was ordained a minister into the office of a Pastor in 2005, by the Archbishop M. E. Benson Idahosa. He has been involved in teenage and youth ministry since his teenage days and has raised a number of great men and women in Christ who are today spread across various parts of the globe and are succeeding and doing exploits everywhere they go.

 

He founded Chidis Black Passionate Koncepts in 1996, an Art and Fashion Company he intends to grow to become a global phenomenon with interest in Arts and arts related ventures. In 2011, he participated in the Federal Government Business Plan Competition and emerged one of the first set of winners of the program and received a grant sum to support his business. Today as an entrepreneur, he is an employer of labor.

 

Emmanuel Ubamadu is happily married to Barr. Chioma Ubamadu and they both have two wonderful boys, Myles and Leroy.

 

 

 

          Odemwingie Okundaye

                                      Member of Board of Trustees, SID Foundation (Ethics & Branding)

 

Odemwingie Okundaye worked as a banker and financial analyst for 13 years with some of Nigeria's leading financial institutions including Nigerian American Merchant Bank, MBC International Bank and Guaranty Trust Bank.

 

Although resigned from formal employment in the financial services sector industry since January 2010, he continues to provide financial advisory services and business strategy support to a select clientele.

He is currently a pastor with CGMI and serves as the zonal coordinator of the Victoria Island Zone of the Mission.


He is an avid reader with eclectic taste in literature, music and sports.

Odi is in his mid forties and is married to Imoh Okundaye; and together they have   three children.


 

                 Tari Hudson Ekiyor

Tari Hudson Ekiyor is a Lecturer at one of the tertiary institutions in Rivers state.A Member, Board of Regents, Benson Idahosa University.A member of the Board and faculty of the Special Vocation Bible School. A member of the board of directors of ENDIP consultancy Ltd., Cushite Nigeria Ltd., ActRight Institute for Social Development and Rest Corporative.

 He founded the Professional Empire Network (PEN), a network of Professionals and aspiring Professionals committed to Mentorship, Networking, Outreaches and Empowerment through award of scholarships, apprenticeship programmes, career and business development, recruitment support etc.

Tari Hudson Ekiyor is also the coordinator of Port-Harcourt City Help Fair, an Outreach to the less Privileged and challenged in the Society.

 An International Training Centre / ILO and Enterprise Development Centre (Pan Atlantic University) certified trainer on Entrepreneurship Development, Business Development Service Provision and Grooming Enterprise Leaders Project.  Certified HSE / QMS consultant.

He doubles as the consultant to several corporate bodies and he is also a member of several professional bodies like the Chartered Institute of Waste management, United Kingdom; Society for Applied Microbiology, UK; International Environmental Society, UK.

Tari Hudson Ekiyor is happily married to Regina, with two boys, Hudson and Gerald

 

 

                      Osariyekemwen Kenneth Obarisiagbon

Member of Board of Trustees, SID Foundation (Audit & Financing)

 

Osariyekemwen (Osa's) Kenneth Obarisiagbon BSc Zoology from the University of Benin. MBA (abandoned several times) in view again from Benson Idahosa University. Certified Project Manager, certified Anti Money Laundery Specialist, Risk Manager.

 

The heart of a lion, the gentleness of a dove. A die hard animal lover including snakes. Always considers himself a teacher even though has spent the past eleven years of professional career as a banker.

 

Has had a stint with the defunct Equity Bank where he started his career, Zenith Bank, Access Bank, Oceanic Bank and First Bank where he is currently a business Manager. A one year stint with PWC on a business reengineering project.

 

An ordained Pastor with Church of God Mission though evasive of the title Pastor or Rev. Presently a member of the National Council of Minister, the Board of Administration and the International Youth Director of the church. Pastors CGMI. House of Grace, Ekenwan road Benin City.

Gladly Married to Isoken and Blessed with Two girls and a boy, Zizi, Audrey and Annie.
